- The item received is not exactly the same from the picture.
- The item received has a few centimeters deviation.
- The item received doest not meet customer expectation.
- The item damaged during shipping.
- The item received in quality issue/ defect item / wrong item / functionality issue/ copyright issue from selller.
If items are damaged or incorrect which you would like make the return to China seller, please contact us either via TCS (the smiley icon at webpage) or email to email@example.com within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. We will help you negotiate with your seller about the return purpose. Return acceptance is according to China seller policy. All returned items must be in brand-new condition and remain entire packaging, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from China. You will be responsible for return shipping fee and local import tax. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.
During the return process, our company only provides assistance to coordinate with your seller, our company does not bear any responsibility to your return parcel.
Special note: Customer should exercise cautious when shopping online in website such as eBay, Taobao etc as there may be higher occurrence of unscrupulous business behaviour; We will not be able to arrange for goods exchange / return if such situation occurs.
