If items are damaged or incorrect which you would like make the return to China seller, please contact us by email to email@example.com within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. We will help you negotiate with your seller about the return purpose. Return acceptance is subjected to China seller. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from China. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.
Special note: Customer should exercise cautious when shopping online in website such as eBay, Taobao etc as there may be higher occurrence of unscrupulous business behaviour; We will not be able to arrange for goods exchange / return if such situation occurs.
